What we build
Web applications are most of what we ship. The pattern changes from project to project, but the pieces repeat:
- SaaS products and customer portals. Accounts, roles, billing, dashboards and the admin screens your team runs the business from.
- Marketplaces and listings. Searchable, server-rendered pages for every item, so each one can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. RescueME is a listings site with a guided application flow and a CMS the client runs.
- Data products. A public or licensed data source, a clean model on top of it, a page for every entity and an API. Wipe Board tracks 9,000+ servers, refreshes every 10 minutes and serves 10,000+ indexed pages.
- Analytics and decision tools. A scoring model with visible reasoning and a journal of what happened. OSRS Flip Finder ranks trades by whether they will actually fill, not by the biggest number.
- Internal tools. The spreadsheet and WhatsApp workflow that has outgrown itself, turned into a system with validation, permissions and an audit trail.
How a build runs
1. A free 15-minute consult. You talk to an engineer, not a sales rep. We ask what problem the app solves, who uses it and what success looks like in numbers.
2. A discovery sprint. A short, fixed piece of work that turns the idea into a scoped build: the core user flow sketched end to end, the data model, what ships first and what waits. It is described step by step in what a discovery sprint looks like. You leave with a written plan, a timeline and a price.
3. The build, in visible increments. You get a staging link early and see progress weekly. AI handles the scaffolding, tests and boilerplate; an engineer reads, reasons about and signs off every change before it merges.
4. Launch and after. Monitoring, fixes and iteration. The same people who built it keep it standing.
Why teams choose a studio like ours
Built to be found. Most web apps are invisible to search because their content only appears after JavaScript runs. We server-render every page that should rank, ship structured data, a sitemap that updates itself and an llms.txt for AI assistants. It is the same technical SEO checklist we publish, applied from the first commit rather than bolted on before launch.
Built to last. Boring, well-supported technology: TypeScript end to end, Postgres, and hosting you control. Accessibility, security and performance checks run in CI, and nothing ships with a red gate. The rules we hold ourselves to are in the human-review gates we never skip.
No lock-in. The repository, the database and the hosting account are yours from day one, documented so another developer could pick them up. Your code and data are never used to train third-party models.
In Dubai. We are in the same city and the same time zone as UAE clients, and we build for how people here actually browse: on a phone, often on 4G, in English and increasingly in Arabic.
What drives the cost of a web app
We do not publish a price list, because two apps with the same one-line description can differ tenfold in effort. What moves the number:
- The number of distinct user roles and what each one can see and do.
- Integrations: payments, maps, messaging, government or banking APIs, and anything with a slow approval process.
- Data you already have and how messy it is.
- Content and search goals. A site that has to rank needs more pages and more care than a tool behind a login.
- What has to exist on day one versus what can follow once real users arrive.
The discovery sprint exists to turn those unknowns into a fixed scope and a price before any build money is spent.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a web app cost in Dubai?
It depends on scope, so we price after a free 15-minute consult and a short discovery sprint. You get a scope and a price before the build starts, not an open-ended hourly meter.
How long does it take to build a web app?
It depends on scope. The discovery sprint ends with a written timeline and a first milestone. AI-assisted engineering makes our builds faster than a traditional agency's, and our own products have gone from empty folder to production in a day.
Which technology do you use?
Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end, Supabase or Postgres for data, deployed on Vercel or a server you own. We choose the least exotic stack that does the job, because it is the one you will be able to hire for in five years.
Do we own the code?
Yes. The code, repositories, database and IP are yours, handed over documented. There is no lock-in and no licence fee to keep running your own software.
Can you take over an existing web app?
Yes. We start with a short audit of the code, hosting and search visibility, then tell you plainly what to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild.
